Beware of the VDT
This "Personal Health" column
warns that while prolonged exposure to video display terminals
may not cause cataracts or retinal damage, it can lead to
minor visual defects that may have to be corrected through
lenses. The article also provides a checklist for working
safely at video display terminals and a sketch of a proper
seating position at a computer.
